Registration for the Krakow Solar Boat Challenge

Team registration for the 2026 Krakow Solar Boat Challenge is now open.

To take part in the Krakow Solar Boat Challenge, all teams are required to complete the registration form no later than 10 April 2026.

To participate in Krakow Solar Boat challenge, we ask for a registration fee. The fee must be transferred by 20.04.2026 to the designated bank account, with the team name included in the payment title. Registration will be confirmed once the payment has been received. The bank transfer details will be provided after submission of the registration form.

Registration

We invite you to register your team for the Krakow Solar Boat Challenge from 23 to 26 July 2026. The registration will be 430 €.

Process of the registration:

Complete and submit the registration form.
Pay the applicable registration fee and send payment confirmation by email.
AGH University will issue an invoice and send you a scanned copy by email, followed by hard copy by post.

The final registration deadline is 10.04.2026.

Submitting the registration form constitutes a binding order and a request for advance payment. The registration fee should be transferred to the AGH University bank account before the service is provided and does not entitle the payer to a VAT refund.

Participation in the event is conditional upon providing proof of payment. After the financial settlement, the Service Provider will issue both a down payment invoice and a final invoice in pdf form, sent by email and to the postal address of the payer.

Please remember to include your team's name in the payment reference.
